Place Vendôme Mall

The project broke ground on March 17, 2014, and is now open to the public. The 1,000,000m² development hosts two five-star luxury hotels, serviced apartments, a mall featuring up to 600 different retail outlets with an exclusively luxurious wing dedicated to top designer labels, and a central entertainment component showcasing constant attractions.

The Parisian-inspired development is reminiscent of the famous high-end shopping street in Paris, Rue de la Paix, of which Place Vendôme is the starting point. The architecture is intended to radiate luxury and extravagance while conveying a touch of cultural and artistic feel, setting the tone for the entire shopping experience. Interiors reflect the classical French style and a calm, luxurious feel. The well-balanced retail mix of high-end shops, in-line medium-range shops, entertainment, media, and food and beverage facilities occupy all four floors of the mall. Currently, only two floors are fully open to the public, the rest of the floors will be opening soon.

Place Vendôme Mall also features a canal running through it directly from the sea, making for a gorgeous open plaza experience with cafes and restaurants overlooking the water. This creates a sense of connection between indoors and outdoors where the visitors can experience the landscape of dancing fountains with one of the world’s largest architectural 3D laser shows outside (coming soon in the mall), while enjoying a meal at one of the outdoor restaurants.
